What Prycer is

Prycer is a job-pricing assistant for tradespeople. Prices, flat-rate benchmarks, and insights are estimates and guidance only, you are responsible for the prices you quote, the taxes you charge and remit (including HST), and compliance with the rules of your trade (ESA, TSSA, municipal permits, and licensing).

Accounts & subscriptions

The Free plan has usage limits; Pro is a paid subscription ($15/month or $120/year, prices in CAD, plus applicable taxes) billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Account screen; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails you keep Pro for a 7-day grace period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted on downgrade, anything beyond Free limits is locked, not lost, and unlocks when you resubscribe.

Mileage & GPS

Trip distances are GPS estimates and can differ from your odometer. Verify records you rely on for tax purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Sending customer emails

Prycer can email quotes, booking confirmations, reminders, and Google review requests to your customers on your behalf. You may only email people you have a genuine business relationship with, and you are solely responsible for complying with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and any other applicable law. You are the sender of record; Prycer is only the sending tool. All of these emails share one cap (currently 100 per month per account) and we may suspend sending if we detect abuse or high complaint rates that threaten deliverability for everyone. Misuse, spam, purchased lists, or contacting people without a relationship, is a breach of these terms.

Review requests must go to the customer unfiltered. You may not use Prycer, or any workaround, to screen customers by likely sentiment and only ask happy ones to review, so-called “review gating” violates Google's policies and can get your reviews removed. The request goes to the customer and they decide freely whether and what to rate.

Liability

Prycer is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Volkov Plumbing Inc. is not liable for lost profits, underquoted jobs, tax outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
