What Prycer stores
Prycer stores the information you enter to price jobs: your business details (name, phone, email, logo), hourly rates and pricing settings, quotes you generate (customer name, job description, amounts, status), and trip records (date, distance, duration, and an optional job label).
Without an account, everything stays in your browser's storage on your device, nothing is sent to us. With an account, the same data is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) so it syncs across your devices. On first sign-in, the data already on your device is imported into your account.
Location (GPS)
The trip tracker uses your device's GPS only while you have a trip running, only to measure driving distance. Location coordinates are processed on your device and are not uploaded, only the resulting distance, date, and duration are saved to your trip log. You can always enter distance manually instead.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe shares with us only your subscription status and a customer reference.
Customer contact details & emails you send
If you add a customer's email address or job address to a quote, we store it in your account so you can reuse it, email them the quote, and send booking confirmations. When you choose to email a quote, a confirmation or a reminder, Prycer sends that email on your behalf through our email provider, Resend, which acts as a processor and transmits the message and attachments (calendar invite and, if you choose, the quote PDF). The email is sent from our verified address with your business email set as the reply-to, and we keep a log of what was sent and when.
The same applies to Google review requests. When a job is completed or an invoice is marked paid, you can choose to email the customer a short thank-you with a button linking to your Google review page. Nothing is sent automatically, you tap to send each one, you preview it first, and we log it alongside your other emails. Prycer never filters who is asked based on how they might rate you, the request goes to the customer and they decide freely whether and what to rate.
You are responsible for having a legitimate business relationship with the people you email and for complying with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Prycer is the tool you use to send; you are the sender of record. Don't use it to contact people who haven't done business with you.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Deleting your data
Delete your account any time from the Account screen, this permanently removes your profile, quotes, trips, scheduled jobs, stored customer contact details, your email send log, settings, and cancels any subscription. Signed-out data can be removed by clearing your browser storage.
